Sweet Little Love is a pediatric sleep and potty training consulting business focused on helping families with children ages 0-5. I provide individualized consulting packages as well as comprehensive PDF guides to help parents improve their child's sleep and potty training habits. I understand the importance of a good night's sleep, and my goal is to help families achieve just that.

My journey with pediatric sleep began when my son was just 3 months old. We were stuck in an endless cycle of short naps, bed sharing, pacifier use, feeding to sleep, and frequent stroller rides to get even 20 minutes of sleep in. My son was constantly tired, cranky, fussy, and overstimulated. I was depressed (PPD), anxious (PPA), nap trapped, and completely overwhelmed. Sleep deprivation was taking its toll on our whole family, and I didn't see a way out.

By 3.5 months, I realized I couldn't accept that, "This is what it is to be a parent" and "Don't worry he'll grow out of it". I refused to wear sleep deprivation as a badge of honor, and didn't agree that it was normal for my son to be THAT miserable all the time. So, we started sleep training.
Working with another pediatric sleep consultant, we taught my son independent sleep, good sleep hygiene, and got him on an age appropriate schedule. It was hard, there were lots of tears (more mine than his), and it felt like it would never get better... but it did.
We went from surviving to thriving. Our relationship with our son never suffered- in fact, it only got better. We were able to find joy in our days instead of spending our days dreading our nights. My son was a completely different baby. Once he was sleeping well, he was happy, giggly, energetic, and began to sail through his milestones.

Once we came out the other side, I realized just how important restful sleep is to the whole family. During my son's (now thankfully long) naps, I completed my pediatric sleep consultant certification through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. Now, I work to help other families achieve all their sleep goals.
Sleep is a major priority in our house, but it doesn't have to be the biggest stressor. I am passionate about helping other families discover how FREEING good sleep can be, and about helping families find the rest that they so deserve.

My Philosophy
I believe that healthy sleep habits are essential for a child's physical and emotional well-being. I recognize that every child is different, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to improving their sleep. That's why I take a personalized approach, working with each family to develop a plan that fits their unique needs and preferences.

I am passionate about helping families achieve the benefits of healthy sleep, and I am committed to providing the highest level of expertise and support. I strive to help families create boundaries that are kind but firm, while still allowing you to support and nurture your child as you help them learn and accept those boundaries.
